Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical injuries or disabilities. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals and improve their physical well-being.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and create personalized treatment plans
- Develop and implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, and overall mobility
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on ways to prevent injuries and maintain overall physical health
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state you are employed
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
